As young home owners, we were mentally avoiding calling a foundation company to level our older pear & beam home for quite some time due to a countless number of questions and concerns. I am so relieved to have found Ben from Texas Foundation Experts. He was patient with all of our questions (and trust me we had a few), he walked us thru the process and cost associated. We scheduled to have to work completed and his team showed up on time, working hard in the almost unbearable July temperatures all day long. Ben then returned the following day to recheck the house and answer… more of my questions haha! Man can’t say enough great things about Ben at Texas foundation experts. When I noticed cracks around the house I was nervous about the foundation and also the cost to fix it. I shopped around and these guys definitely were the best bang for the buck! TFE’s services included many features the other guys didn’t include like mortar touch up, reinspections, and permitting. They were able to get the whole job done in just a day and it blew my mind how efficient they were. They took extra care around my flower beds and sprinklers and put everything back just right. Ben and the team were always on time, courteous, and professional. 10/10 would definitely choose again. I feel great knowing they did a good honest job and my foundation is secure. ~ Daniel P

I had a wonderful experience with Texas Foundation Experts. Foundation companies are known to be "shady" in their practices, but this was NOT my experience with Ben who came out for the estimate. Ben was knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, and extremely helpful in answering my many questions. Ben determined no foundation repairs were needed for my home, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. For this reason, I cannot speak on the work that they do but they are absolutely worth a call in your foundation repair search. Katy, their scheduler, is such a delight and she too answered all my questions before Ben came out. Health came out and did an inspection for me, my home has an addition so there were a lot of intricacies to the issues I was experiencing. We talked it all over and in short instead of recommending foundation work we concluded better drainage may be more advantageous based on several factors. He took his time to figure out my issues and gave me a lot of great advice. Now I have a solid game plan of the work I need to do going forward regarding drainage for my property by a highly experienced expert who, even though he won’t be doing the work, gave me an insightful idea of what he would recommend I get done. Really appreciate that you took the time to recommend the best for your customer even though it wasn’t going to be your contract at the end of the day. That’s honesty and integrity right there! What a great company to do business with. I called TFE out in 2023 to do an inspection on our home’s foundation. I was first really pleased that the recommendation was to wait and NOT spend any money on repairs at that time. Heath gave me tips on what to do to make sure we kept the foundation watered properly and said to reevaluate in a year. I called him back in September of 2024 and decided to do the repairs. Katy had us scheduled in just a few weeks and the work was completed in less than two days. The crew was professional, punctual, and worked hard to get it right. Everything was put back exactly in its place. Financing was reasonable and the work was done right. Really pleased with the service. I ~ Levi L

When I learned that my home needed foundation repair, my first concern was finding someone honest that could do the job right. I took estimates from many companies, but, finally settled on TFE. Ben came out and gave an honest estimate of work that actually needed to be done as opposed to the others that were looking for as much work as they could get out of me. In the end, I felt that Ben was honest and knowledgeable. He listened to my deluge of questions and gave me honest and clear answers. I was in the process of closing on a newly constructed home (by a private builder) that in many regards looked really nice cosmetically...when the Inspection identified some potential issues with the French drain and foundation, I was desperate to have a true professional do an honest assessment of the situation. I spoke to several companies who do work in this area but I don't think this type of job held a lot of interest or near-term income for them. But Heath came through - helping me to clearly understand what I was up against. I so appreciate his insight and honesty - he did not focus on just trying to sell me on redoing everything. Texas Foundation Experts are honest, professional and knowledgeable about foundations of both pier and beam and slab homes. Heath has worked on my pier and beam home and on a slab home we own. When he assessed the slab home he suggested a drain rather than adding additional piers under the home. He gave me a quote for the drain, assuming it was a one day project. Instead it took 2 full days due to significant rocks in the yard and he still only charged me the original bid. The drain works great and he will come and re-check throughout the year to determine if this solves the foundation problem. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity to suggest a good less expensive solution and then continue to monitor the situation. I will continue to use Texas Foundation Experts and will refer them to anyone who needs foundation repair. ~ Enid H

Hands down the best experience for something that is not fun to deal with. This was the 3rd foundation company I have worked with and by far the best. The first company that we used at a previous house they were the cheapest bid, did everything they said they would but nothing more. The second company did not fix our problem and then gave me an inflated quote to make the job complete. Texas Foundation Experts came out and shot it straight without the sugar coating. I worked with one of the owners so there is no salesman promises like other companies. There is a number of things that you would think a foundation company should do as part of a foundation repair but realize that most do not, Texas Foundation Experts does it all. This was my first experience with a foundation repair job. Heath was incredible, start to finish and follow up. He is a professional and you feel as if you are his only client. We were getting ready to sell our house and it was determined by the buyers inspector that we needed foundation repair so we called out 3 different foundation companies for estimates Texas foundation was one of the three and we knew right away they were going to be the ones we chose Heath was very professional and it he was very knowledgeable he gave us warnings on things that could go bad during a foundation repair such as plumbing problems and we were very happy that there were no problems after they were done they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished I would recommend Texas foundation repair to all my friends they were great ~ tracey h

This company and their employees were amazing. They quoted a fair price and showed up to do the work prior to the original date the gave us. They are very thorough and pay great attention to detail. Even with the cold and rain they finished up the job quickly. On 4.21.2021, Texas Foundation Experts installed an advance Drain System for my pier and beam foundation at my primary residence. I am very happy with the drain system installation. Texas Foundation Experts are true professionals. They gave me an exceptional price for the drain system. They used superior equipment that I feel comfortable will be perform at a quality level. Texas Foundation Experts has earned my business. They just finished up adding additional drainage to my home and I'm very pleased with the results. Heath planned the project and provided drawings including the existing drainage. Heath even reduced the final invoice because he found a way reduce materials and labor cost midway through the project. The crew showed up on time and did a great job preserving existing landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. Recently I ask Ben Lord from Texas Foundation Experts to come out and give me an assessment on our foundation. He said we didn’t have a foundation issue, just a drainage issue. We hired him and his crew to redo our gutters and put in a drainage system to correct that drainage issue. In addition we ask him to build a retaining wall where he and I felt like one was needed to keep our foundation stable. He had an awesome crew come out. They did in one day what it would have taken me a month plus some to get done. They were very skilled and efficient. I would never hesitate in hiring them again. Great work at a fair price. ~ Gary T

Ive had a few foundation quotes and Heath’s company has been far superior. He provided a timely quote and the technology used was more advanced than others which I appreciated. He give me helpful tips and information on things I didn’t know regarding foundation in the area as I’m from out of state so I felt much more informed after our visit. Its obvious that Heath is very very knowledgeable about his line of work and really seeks to understand your expectations of the house in order to help you make an informed decision. We suspected we had foundation issues and had 7 companies come out to give us quotes (I guess we’re particular…) We chose to have Texas Foundation Experts work on our house and we made the right choice! The owner was the person who came to our house to give a quote. He was fair and honest and took the time to answer our questions. It did take a while for the crew to be able to come out (but that seemed like a good sign… they’re in demand). The scheduler was kind and able to answer any questions we had. The crew that came was efficient and quick. They were able to finish in two days despite a half a day delay due to rain. As part of the work, they had to drill through our back patio (it was VERY LOUD) but they took the time to clean up the hole so that the patch job looks good. The owner took the time to come to our house during the ‘lift.’ As part of the package, they included an independent foundation engineer and plumbing check. I was referred by a neighbor to Texas Foundation Experts. After reaching out to them about a bid for repair to my foundation I was greeted by Katy who was extremely kind and informative about their process. A few days later I was met by the owner Heath who walked me through his plan and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and accepted them for the job. The repair day came and the crew came out to start work. They did an amazing job making sure not to damage or dirty my property while they dug and installed piers. The owner Heath was on site to ensure everything went smoothly during the lift. The crew then did an amazing job completing the job and cleaning up. If you are looking for an honest and fair foundation company, truly look no further! Ben came out to do an estimate for me. He was prompt, very respectful, honest and helpful. He explained I actually didn't need foundation work and gave me a more reasonable solution. I had 2 other quotes done that were over 10K.This company could have sold me foundation work because with this being my first home I am relatively uneducated on these subjects. Did a great job! Definitely would recommend. Honest, hardworking, and cleaned up afterwards. We had a pool flooding problem every time we had heavy rain. After calling many companies, this was the first company that actually measured actual elevation and got my drainage correct. Additionally, I requested for some additional work and they were able to accomplish it while doing the original job. I highly recommend Heath and Texas Foundation Experts. Heath is knowledgeable and responsive. He knows the foundation and drainage issues with my neighborhood. His foreman and crew were professional, on-time and respectful. This was also important to me - he has a mason who is able to match your mortar when doing the brick mortar repairs, which positively affects your curb appeal. I worked with Heath when I needed foundation work over 18 months ago. He was professional, personable and explained everything by step. His knowledge regarding foundations, drainage control and consultation is outstanding. I have called upon him again for re-evaluation and he again provided clear information.
